MEET NIKNOK

​

Niknok hails from Queensland and has been an avid runner for many years, competing in numerous races across the country. She now calls Falls Creek home year-round. While skiing initially brought her to the area, it’s the running adventures that made her stay.

With over two decades of experience in snowsports — from ski instructing since 2009 to management roles since 2019 — Niknok combines her passion for sport with strong leadership and organisational skills. Her extensive background as a race participant and director in community-driven events makes her uniquely qualified to create memorable and well-run trail running experiences.

MEET ZAC

​

Though Zac hasn’t been running for long, his passion for adventure spans the globe. He first discovered Falls Creek in 2011 while working as a snowboard instructor and made it his year-round home in 2017.

Since 2015, Zac has owned and operated an international adventure tour company, guiding guests on unforgettable experiences — from skiing and snowboarding in Japan, to high-altitude trekking in Nepal, and even First Ascent deep-water soloing in Vietnam.

With his extensive adventure travel background and deep love for mountains and trail running, Zac brings a unique perspective and energy to creating exceptional running events.
