EVENT DETAILS

Start/Finish Line

The start and finish line are located in the Falls Creek Village Bowl, outside the Frying Pan Inn.

The official start line sits between the bottom station of the Summit Chairlift and the Frying Pan Inn - right in the heart of the village bowl, with easy access for spectators and support crews.

Marquee area

Each participant will be allocated a 3x3 meter space to set up their own marquee in the event village.

Please bring a combination of weights and pegs to secure your structure. Some areas may not allow pegs due to surface conditions, so it’s important to be prepared for both hard and soft ground.

Children aged 6–12 attending for free will share their registered adult companions space.

Medical Assistance

To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, on-site first aid assistance will be available throughout the event.

It is essential you also bring your own basic medical supplies, such as band-aids, blister care packs, hot/cold packs, and strapping tape, to manage any minor injuries or discomfort during the race.

Your health and safety are our top priorities.

Aid Station

A limited supply aid station will be available at the start/finish line, offering fruit, lollies, chips, and fresh plain water, along with boiling water facilities.

Infinit nutrition is also sponsoring the event with carb/electrolyte drink available at the aid station.

We recommend bringing your own supplies, especially if you plan to tackle the longer distances - stay fueled and hydrated your way.

Bathroom Facilities

Portable toilets will be conveniently located at the event village. There are also toilets located in the Frying Pan Inn while open and public toilets over near the Pygmy possum structure all hours.
